Final Program of the Mobile GIS Conference


Downloadable: The bilingual final program with detailed information on fees.
Up till now we have 125 registered participants (a tendency still growing).
Many exhibitors registered and all sponsor categories are filled with acknowledged domestic and international market players.
Practical information how to pay the registration fee will be disseminated to the registered participants later this week.
Please note, some abstracts are still missing. The speakers are kindly requested to submit their abstract to hunagi@hunagi.hu asap

Masat-1 the first Hungarian satellite launched at 11:00 am today

Gyula Horváth, leader of the Masat-1 project gave interview for the national public television channel M1 broadcasted one hour after the launch. In the background: students and other team members with dr. András Gschwindt.

Launch of the first Hungarian satellite Masat-1 scheduled for tomorrow between 11:00-13:00 hours.

The satellite has been developed at the Space Research Group of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

HUNAGI Presidential Board Meeting set up Preliminary Program for Mobile GIS Conference today

UNOOSA-KRF SPIDER Regional Office opens in Gyöngyös, Hungary

Liaison of HUNAGI's member institution Károly Róbert College (KRF) Dr. Tamás Tomor informed US yesterday about the following announcement signed by Dean Dr. Tibor Bíró about the establishment of UN's 12th Regional SPIDER Office.

The Office will be hosted by KRF. The leaders will deliver a short overview at HUNAGI's coming Mobile GIS Conference on this excellent development introducing the major areas of operation started in February.
